RACE FACE tubeless kit 10 mx 37 mm

Race Face tubeless kit for tubeless ready rims. The kit consists of a 37 millimeter wide tubeless tape for inner rim widths from 33 to 45 millimeters and 41 millimeter long tubeless valves with a screw-out valve core. A valve core remover is also included.

– 1 x valve core removerThe assembly:

1. Degrease the rim, for example with brake disc (you can find this under the heading in our shop)

2. Glue a 20 cm strip of the tape over the valve hole under tension, free of bubbles.
IMPORTANT: Rub the strips carefully without bubbles!

3. Lay a layer of rim tape / stick on under tension (tension).
IMPORTANT: The two ends must overlap at the valve hole in order to have the two-layer tape there to secure the valve pin. The entire tape must be rubbed in without bubbles.

4. Punch a small hole for the valve. Then push the valve through and secure it with a knurled nut.

5. Completely mount the tire and inflate it with compressed air. The tire jumps audibly from about 2.2 bar into the correct position on the rim flange. If you have worked cleanly, the air will hold for about 10 minutes even without sealing milk.

6. Release air. Rub the tire between the rim flange and the carcass with dish soap. This guarantees the best fit and removes additional surface tension from the latex milk at the transition, so that it is evenly distributed in the pores. Unscrew the valve core from the valve.
Caution: Do not bend the valve pin.
Then fill at least 60 ml of sealing milk (not included in the scope of delivery) by removing the tire at one point in the tire. Screw the valve core back in and inflate again with compressed air.

7. Now swivel and tap the impeller for several minutes so that liquid is distributed. The optimal distribution takes place with the rotating impeller. If there is still some air escaping, turn the area down and shake it again vigorously.
