These bearing shells are suitable for mounting the THM clavicle on frames with bottom bracket housings according to the Specialized OSBB / PressFit 30 standard.

The standard is designed for the use of axle n with a diameter of 30 mm. The bearing distance of 68mm is relatively small, which would lead to high deformations of the axle . THM’s solution has bearings on the outside, so the axle less stressed, which is noticeable through a higher rigidity.
In addition, it offers the advantage that you can use the same crank in frames with BB30 PressFit Standard and those with BSA or Italian bearings. The complete system is only slightly heavier. Encapsulated for greater rigidity and against the ingress of dirt through the seat tube.
