Beast Components was founded in 2016 by students at the Lightweight Design Chair in Dresden. In view of their origin, it was important from the outset to incorporate the latest scientific methods and the current state of the art into the development of the products. The close cooperation with the Institute for Lightweight Construction at the TU Dresden also helps them in this regard.
Beast Components products are characterized by their combination of lightweight construction, stability and extraordinary optics. But the company founders are also aware of their social responsibility. Instead of outsourcing production to Asia, all components are handmade in Germany and tested in-house. Because the fiber structure of the components is not hidden behind a layer of paint, the high manufacturing quality and clean processing are obvious.

Despite its low weight, the Beast Straight Carbon seat post is extremely robust. It has no weight limit and can be ridden from racing bikes to hard enduro use. The high durability is made possible by the material, which is elaborately processed by hand and does not allow any delamination. The forged aluminum clamping head is suitable for both round and oval saddle rails.
